UNSOLVED CRIMES 2015

(HALIBURTON, ON) – Members from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) want to remind the public to protect their property and valuables against would be thieves after receiving several reports of thefts of travel trailers in Minden Hills Township.

On June 26, 2015 police were contacted regarding the theft of a travel trailer from an address located on Embassy Drive.

Sometime between June 12, 2015 and June 26, 2015 unknown person(s) attended the address and proceeded to remove the trailer that was parked on the property.

The trailer is described as a white 18 foot 2012 Jay flight trailer with Ontario licence plateJ6038F.

On July 17, 2015 police were contacted regarding the theft of a travel trailer from an address located on Bobcaygeon Road.

Sometime between July 1, 2015 and July 17, 2015 unknown person(s) attended the address and proceeded to remove the trailer that was parked on the property.

The trailer is described as a white 2014 26 foot Trail runner with Ontario licence plate L1799S.

Crime Stoppers of Kawartha Haliburton are asking for the public’s assistance in solving a theft of tires

Sometime overnight between December 17th and December 18th unknown person(s) attended Boyer Chevrolet Oldsmobile located on Willowdale Crt. in Lindsay and removed 24 tires from respective 2014 and 2015 new Chevrolet Cruz and Traverse model vehicles. 

20 Firestone P215/60R/16, and 4 General Grabber P245/70R/17 tires on rims valued at $7765 were stolen.
